My name is Neptune and I am very special. I had a tough start in life and came down with a really bad upper respiratory infection. I ended up losing one of my eyes and i am mostly blind in the other eye too. But that doesn't even slow me down anymore. I can find my way all over my foster mom's home, i play with my foster siblings, and can always find my foster mom's lap for snuggles and cuddles. I think I appreciate everyone a little extra and not being able to see really doesn't matter to me.
